There are companies who charge as low as R70. so you pay a total of R240 for your items
Minimum kg 1-30kg, meanwhile there are others who charge a fixed R1,000 for clearance of goods between 1kg to 20kg and around R45 for each of that Kg for shipping from the initial transit destination.
For few months now, South African customs are causing huge delays for branded goods shipped from Turkey to South Africa, stopping parcels for checks and taking all the time in the world before they are released. Used to be 20days maximum, but for now, I do not give any guarantees anymore.
