LC Waikiki is one of Turkey’s largest domestic clothing retail brand, Known for its affordable and casual wear contents, the company has now opened the new digital LC Waikiki metaverse store.
How will the LC Waikiki Metaverse work?
Metaverse is virtual-reality space in whereby customers can now interact with a computer-generated environment, sales persons, company staff and other users. the LC Waikiki store allows users to have a fun filled experience as well.
It is expected that only a few amount of metaverse customers would be able to use the LC Waikiki store for now because it’s still in its trial version. But customers will be able to make shopping of at most 120 variety of products.
These products are available across the men, women, kids and new born section.
Şerafettin Özer, General Manager of LC Waikiki Digital Transformation and Information Technologies, explained that they will continue their work with the belief that the concept of metaverse will become a part of our daily lives.

He also assured that they will continue to manage and improve the LC metaverse store customer experience. Turkey has not yet officially legalize cryptocurrency, and this is the first of it’s kind in the country, the company has nonetheless set a standard and expresses preparedness to join the Gen Z digital transformations by opening the LC Waikiki metaverse space and thereby setting the standard for the future of e-commerce in the country.
